Scope of service
SealTX provides notary services and does not offer legal, tax, or financial advice. The signer is responsible for presenting the correct document.
Identification and signing
You must present acceptable identification and keep the document unsigned until the appointment unless the notary specifically instructs otherwise.
Availability and pricing
Appointments depend on availability. Every charge is confirmed before service; pending fees do not constitute an offer.
Cancellations
Rescheduling or cancellation terms will be shared during booking.
Extra services
SealTX's extra services are not notarial or legal services. Each order covers the scope of the package you choose plus 1 minor revision within 3 days of delivery; larger changes are quoted separately. Payment is agreed before work begins. If we miss the agreed delivery time through our own fault, we refund or give credit; once production has started, there are no refunds for a change of mind. You are responsible for making sure the material you send is yours or that you have permission to use it. We do not guarantee results, such as getting hired or increasing sales.
