Frequently asked questions

Are these services notarial?

No. SealTX's extra services are separate services and are not notarial or legal services. Notary Public services (Mobile Notary and Traditional Notary) are quoted separately, and their fees are set by Texas law. None of the combos or discounts on this page ever apply to a notarial fee.

How long do they take?

Between 24 and 96 hours, depending on the service. Most orders are ready in 24 to 72 hours; presentations can take up to 96 hours because they involve more structure and design work. If you need same-day delivery, express delivery adds 25% to the package price, when there is room in the schedule.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Every order includes one minor revision within 3 days of delivery, such as fixing a detail, changing a word or adjusting a color. Larger changes, like redoing a design or adding new content that wasn't part of the original order, are quoted separately before any work starts.

Is the translation certified?

No. It is a simple Spanish–English or English–Spanish translation, done carefully so it reads clearly and without errors. It is not a certified or notarized translation. If an office or institution asks you for a certified translation, check their exact requirements with them before placing your order.

What happens to my documents and files?

We use your documents and files only to complete your order, and we delete them 30 days after delivery. We never post them anywhere without your written permission. Please do not send Social Security, driver's license or bank account numbers; if your document shows them, cover them before sending it.
